Damien Harold, CEO & founder

Damien has worked in the IT industry for the best part of 20 years. Having started as an engineer, Damien went on to found his own reseller business, IT Partnerships, eventually growing this business to £30m, before it was sold to Basilica.

Following this Damien has held a variety of Sales Director roles before starting Xact. As CEO, Damien is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and day to day commercial running of the business.

Geoff Undrell, Managing Director & founder

Having spent over 10 years working in a variety of senior marketing roles across the channel - including Compel, Ramesys and SCC - Geoff has a wealth of experience and understanding of IT marketing and the reseller community.

As Joint Managing Director, Geoff is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and the delivery of client services.

Boston Undrell, Business Development Director

Having run her own marketing business, Boston brings nearly 10 years EMEA-wide IT marketing experience to Xact. As our Business Development Director, Boston is responsible for refining and enhancing the service and overall proposition Xact offers its clients, and defining our own marketing strategy.
